After a session, users can rate and review. Reviews help others choose experts.

Yes. Many users take a second opinion, especially for high-stakes decisions.
Calls & Sessions

Billing starts when the call connects and stops when the call ends. You pay per minute at the expert’s displayed rate. Partial minutes ( seconds ) are billed for full minute.

Calls run in-app over audio/video. Billing is calculated based on the time connected, as shown during the call.

There is no minimum charge. You're charged for the minute you talk.

Yes. That’s the point of per-minute pricing—you control the duration and cost.

Call scheduling is not available. You can call experts based on the schedule/availability of the experts.

App tries to reconnect for some time.You can initiate a new call from the call screen. Billing is always for the duration of the active call.

Call recordings are not allowed in the app.
Payments, Wallet & Billing

Yes, you need to add money before calling, unless your app wallet already have sufficient balance.

Per-minute rates apply based on the call type (audio/video) and total duration. Partial minutes ( seconds ) are billed for full minute.

The expert sets their rate (separately for audio/video if applicable). Rates are visible before you start.

Experts can update rates over time, but you will always see the current rate before you call.

Rates often reflect experience, demand, ratings, category complexity, and availability.

Common methods include UPI/cards/net-banking (availability depends on payment gateway and region).

Yes—transaction receipts and invoices are typically available in the app. Tax details may be included where applicable.

Taxes (including GST where applicable) may be added based on the nature of service and billing entity. Final breakup is shown at checkout/invoice.

Yes. If you are eligible, you can use the invoice/statement to claim GST as per your accounting/tax rules.

Yes. ConsultEase provides monthly statements for your transactions, helpful for accounting and reconciliation.
Refunds & Disputes

Consultations are time-based services; refunds are typically considered for billing errors, technical failures, or policy breaches—not outcomes.

Reach out to support@consultease.com, with details like invoice number, call id, date/time, screenshots or other relevant details. Support will audit logs and resolve per policy.

Although our platform lists professionals, if such incidents happen, you can rate them accordingly. In extreme cases, you can also report the expert. You can do it anytime from your app inbox, by choosing the appropriate option from the context menu that appears after clicking 3 dots. ConsultEase can investigate, warn/suspend accounts, and take corrective action.
Safety & Privacy

ConsultEase applies security and privacy controls. However, avoid sharing passwords/OTP/financial PINs—ever.

As a general user, you can choose your name you want to show in the app. But compliance or dispute cases may require verified identity.
